Responsibilities of Material Procurement Executive

1. Prepare tenders and contracts for the purchase of materials and services.
2. Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing suppliers and identify new suppliers.
3. Negotiate prices, terms and conditions of purchase agreements with suppliers and vendors.
4. Ensure that materials are purchased in a timely manner and within budgetary constraints.
5. Analyze and review the cost and quality of materials purchased.
6. Implement best practices in procurement and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
7. Track orders and ensure timely delivery and payment of materials.
8. Resolve any issues that arise with suppliers and vendors.
9. Maintain accurate records of all purchase transactions.
10. Prepare reports and presentations on procurement activities.
