Responsibilities of Manufacturing Executive
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the manufacturing operations at Master company
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in the manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and meet customer demands
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Lead and motivate a team of manufacturing supervisors and workers to achieve production targets
