What does a Legal Representative do?
The Legal Representative is responsible for providing legal advice and support to the company on various matters, including contracts, compliance, and regulatory issues. This position reports directly to the General Counsel and works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks. The Legal Representative will also assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing the company in legal proceedings when necessary.

• Assisting in the resolution of legal disputes and claims.
• Liaising with external legal counsel and coordinating legal matters as required.
• Providing legal training and guidance to employees on legal issues and compliance matters.
