What does a Legal Officer do?

The Legal Officer is responsible for providing legal advice and support to the company on various matters, including contracts, compliance, and regulatory issues. This position reports directly to the General Counsel and works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks. The Legal Officer will also assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and managing legal disputes.

• Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies and initiatives
• Provide legal support and guidance to other departments within the company
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, including court appearances and hearings
