Responsibilities of Learning & Development Manager
1. Design learning and development initiatives to support organizational objectives
2. Develop, implement and monitor training programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
3. Assess training needs and identify gaps in organizational learning and development
4. Develop and manage budgets for learning and development activities
5. Manage the delivery of learning and development programs
6. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of learning and development services
7. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of learning and development activities
8. Analyze and report on the impact of learning and development initiatives
9. Stay up to date with industry trends and developments
10. Design and deliver appropriate learning and development materials for all levels of the organization
