What does a Learning & Development Executive do?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Learning & Development Executive. We are looking for an individual with a passion for learning and development who is committed to helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering learning and development programs, providing training, and creating innovative ways of learning. You will also be responsible for tracking and evaluating the success of the learning and development initiatives. The successful candidate will be a highly organized, self-motivated, and driven individual with a proven track record of success in the learning and development field.

Responsibilities of Learning & Development Executive

1. Develop and implement training initiatives to ensure staff development and skill enhancement.
2. Design and update learning materials, guides and reference documents.
3. Manage the Learning & Development budget and ensure training programs are cost-effective.
4. Conduct needs assessments to identify training objectives and evaluate their effectiveness.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training opportunities and develop appropriate training materials.
6. Monitor and evaluate training sessions to ensure objectives are met.
7. Coordinate with external vendors and consultants to deliver training programs.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers.
9. Utilize data-driven methods to track employee performance and training progress.
10. Provide support to managers and staff on training issues and career development.
