Responsibilities of Learning and Organizational Development Manager
1. Design and implement learning and development strategies and programs for organizational needs
2. Identify, develop and deliver training initiatives to improve employee skills and competencies
3. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements
4. Develop and maintain learning and development materials and resources
5. Facilitate and coordinate team-building and leadership development activities
6. Monitor organizational performance and recommend changes to enhance productivity
7. Assist in the design and implementation of effective change management processes
8. Develop and implement policies, procedures and performance assessments to ensure organizational goals are met
9. Coordinate and facilitate workshops, seminars and other events to promote learning and development
10. Prepare reports, analyze data and provide recommendations to senior management
