What does a Lawyer do?
The Lawyer is responsible for providing legal counsel and guidance to the company on a wide range of legal matters. Responsibilities of Lawyer

• Representing the company in legal proceedings, including court hearings and arbitrations.
• Conducting legal research and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations.

• Negotiating and settling disputes, both internally and externally.
• Advising on intellectual property matters, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure legal compliance in business operations.
• Managing and overseeing external legal counsel and consultants.
• Conducting legal training sessions for employees to enhance their understanding of legal issues and minimize risks.
