What does a Lab Specialist do?
The Lab Specialist is responsible for conducting various laboratory tests and experiments to support research and development projects. They will work closely with the Research and Development Manager, reporting to them on the progress and results of experiments, and assisting in the development of new products and technologies. The Lab Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and documenting all experimental procedures and findings.
