This position reports to the Head Chef and works closely with other members of the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences to customers. The Kitchen Staff plays a vital role in supporting the overall operations of the kitchen and ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks.

Responsibilities of Kitchen Staff

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables, and measuring ingredients accurately.
• Assist in the preparation of meals by following recipes and portion control guidelines.
• Cook and plate food items according to established standards and recipes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met by following proper food handling and storage procedures.
• Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies, rotating stock as necessary.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen.
• Assist in the inventory management of food and supplies, notifying the supervisor when items need to be replenished.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing any customer concerns or requests.
