Responsibilities of Junior Administrative Assistant

• Provide general administrative support to the team
• Answer and direct phone calls and take messages
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
• Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical
• Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
• Assist in organizing and maintaining office common areas
• Assist in preparing and editing presentations and documents
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors
