Responsibilities of Junior Accountant

1. Prepare and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, ledgers, and income statements

2. Reconcile bank accounts and generate financial reports as required

3. Prepare and submit quarterly and annual estimated tax payments

4. Prepare journal entries and assist with the monthly close process

5. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable

6. Review and process invoices and expense reports

7. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities

8. Assist with audit preparation and internal control analysis

9. Support the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures

10. Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
