What does a IT Manager do?

The IT Manager at Master will be responsible for overseeing the company's IT infrastructure and ensuring its smooth operation. This position will report to the Chief Technology Officer and will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals. The IT Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies to ensure the company's IT systems are secure and up-to-date.

Responsibilities of IT Manager

• Develop and implement IT strategies and plans to support the company’s business objectives.
• Manage the IT budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems and networks.
• Ensure the security of IT systems and networks.
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures.
• Manage IT staff and provide guidance and training.
• Research and evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of IT services.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and networks.
