The Interior Designer is responsible for creating innovative and functional interior designs for residential and commercial spaces. Reporting to the Design Director, this role involves collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, developing design concepts, and overseeing the implementation of projects to ensure high-quality results. The Interior Designer will also be responsible for staying updated on industry trends and incorporating them into their designs to deliver exceptional spaces that exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities of Interior Designer
• Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences and requirements.
• Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval.
• Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Select and source materials, furniture, fixtures, and accessories for each project.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and present project proposals, including cost estimates and timelines.
• Oversee the installation and arrangement of furniture, artwork, and other design elements.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any design-related issues.
