The Insurance Agent position is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and motivated individual to join our team. This position is responsible for providing customers with knowledge of our insurance products and services, as well as providing superior customer service. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for prospecting and initiating sales, as well as managing existing customer accounts. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong knowledge of insurance products and services.

Responsibilities of Insurance Agent

1. Identify client needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions
2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and insurance carriers
3. Process applications and administer policies
4. Generate new business by prospecting potential clients and following up on leads
5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends and regulations
6. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
7. Monitor changes in the industry and adjust sales strategies accordingly
8. Effectively manage customer inquiries and complaints
9. Prepare and submit reports to upper management
10. Research and analyze data to identify trends and recommend strategies for improvement
