The Industrial Engineering (IE) position is responsible for optimizing production processes and improving efficiency within the company. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the IE will analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of industrial engineering principles, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities of Industrial Engineer (IE)

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement quality control systems to ensure product conformity and customer satisfaction.
