What does a Human Resources Systems Analyst do?
The Human Resources Systems Analyst will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Human Resources Systems. The Analyst will ensure that the systems are up to date with accurate and timely employee data. They will provide analysis and support to ensure the accuracy of the systems, and will provide training and support to the Human Resources department. The Analyst will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities of Human Resources Systems Analyst
1. Analyze and advise on current HR systems, processes, and procedures and make recommendations for improvements.
2. Design and implement HR systems, processes, and procedures that are efficient, cost-effective, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Develop, configure, and maintain HR software solutions to ensure system integrity and accuracy.
4. Provide technical support and troubleshoot system issues.
5. Monitor data accuracy and integrity, and update system configurations as needed.
6. Create and maintain user accounts, security policies, and user access privileges.
7. Design and deliver training for system users on HR system usage and processes.
8. Develop, maintain, and update HR system documentation and manuals.
9. Generate reports from HR systems and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices for HR systems and technologies.
