What does a Human Resources Recruiter do?
The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for the full cycle recruitment process from sourcing and attracting qualified candidates to onboarding and orientation. The recruiter will work closely with Human Resources (HR) and hiring managers to ensure that the recruitment process is effective, efficient and compliant with organizational policies. The successful candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
