The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the organization's Human Resources Information System (HRIS) meets the needs of the organization. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment. The HRIS Supervisor will be responsible for evaluating, installing, configuring, and maintaining the HRIS, communicating changes and updates to the HRIS, and providing training and support to users. 1. Develop, implement, and manage HRIS systems, processes, and policies.
2. Ensure accuracy of data within the HRIS system.
3. Monitor data quality, integrity and accuracy.
4. Provide technical support to users of the HRIS system.
5. Train staff on the use of the HRIS system.
6. Maintain system security and privacy.
7. Develop and implement reports, dashboards, and other analytics to support HR initiatives.
8. Monitor and analyze system usage to identify areas for improvement.
9. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to resolve system issues.
10. Develop and implement new HRIS modules and features.
