General requirements of a HRIS Specialist
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
-At least 3 years experience working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
-Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, including experience with data entry, report writing and analytics.
-Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other HRIS programs.
-Understanding of HR policies and procedures, and ability to identify areas of improvement.
