The Department Head will ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of the HRIS system and will be responsible for overseeing all related activities, including data entry, reporting, and analytics. The Department Head will lead a team of HRIS professionals and will collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and utilization of the HRIS system. Responsibilities of HRIS Department Head

1. Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and systems for the HRIS department.
2. Lead a team of HRIS professionals in the implementation and maintenance of organizational HR systems.
3. Monitor and analyze HRIS data to identify potential problems and recommend solutions.
4. Manage the integration of new and legacy systems, ensuring accurate data transfers.
5. Develop and execute training programs for the use of the HRIS systems.
6. Assess current HRIS technology and recommend solutions to increase efficiency.
7. Monitor the accuracy of data in the HRIS system and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
8. Develop reports to track and analyze employee data for various departments.
9. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and other stakeholders.
10. Respond to employee inquiries regarding the HRIS system and provide technical support.
