What does a HRIS Consultant do?
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide expertise and support to our Human Resources division in the implementation and maintenance of our HRIS system. The HRIS Consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize the use of our HRIS system, ensure data accuracy, and provide technical support to our HR team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in HRIS systems and experience leading the implementation and management of an HRIS system.
Responsibilities of HRIS Consultant
1. Analyze and review HRIS data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
2. Develop and maintain HRIS systems, processes, and procedures for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
3. Facilitate HRIS training for users and ensure their proficiency in the system.
4. Design and implement reporting solutions to meet the needs of the organization.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely HRIS data entry.
6. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve HRIS system issues.
7. Monitor and maintain system security within the HRIS.
8. Develop customized reports for various user groups.
9. Develop and maintain employee data records, such as benefits, compensation, and performance.
10. Serve as a liaison between the organization and software vendors.
