1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a business partnering role
3. Proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
4. Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
5. Proficiency in MS Office applications, HRIS systems, and other HR software applications
