What does a HR Operations Manager do?
We are looking for a talented and experienced HR Operations Manager to join our Human Resources team. The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities of the Human Resources department, as well as providing strategic guidance and direction. This person will be responsible for developing and implementing HR processes, policies and procedures in line with organizational goals, as well as providing timely and accurate employee support. The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a proven track record of managing successful HR operations.
Responsibilities of HR Operations Manager
1. Manage daily HR operations, such as employee onboarding, off-boarding, benefits, payroll, and employee record management.
2. Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in line with the company's objectives.
3. Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations and advise the relevant personnel accordingly.
4. Recruit, interview, and select qualified personnel for open positions.
5. Provide guidance and support to the team in the performance of their duties.
6. Manage employee relations and ensure a healthy work environment.
7. Create and update job descriptions, job postings, and job evaluation tools.
8. Oversee payroll processing, time and attendance tracking, and other related processes.
9. Monitor performance management and incentive compensation plans.
10. Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as headcount and turnover rate.
