General requirements of a HR Executive
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Assistant or HR Coordinator.
• Sound knowledge of HR processes and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
