What does a HR Executive do?

As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the human resources function within our organization. This operational role requires a keen understanding of HR processes and procedures to ensure the seamless functioning of various HR activities. You will be responsible for assisting in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and other HR-related tasks. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to address employee concerns, promote a positive work culture, and uphold HR policies and regulations.

Responsibilities of HR Executive

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring new hires are equipped with necessary information and resources.
• Maintain HR records and databases, including employee files, attendance records, and HRIS updates.
• Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
• Support training and development initiatives by coordinating training programs, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in HR practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments to address HR-related needs and concerns.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
