What does a HR Digital Change Management Lead do?
We are looking to hire an experienced HR Digital Change Management Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving successful change management initiatives within the HR function. You will lead the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans that enable the successful adoption and transition of new digital services and processes. You will ensure that the HR function has the capability, understanding and engagement to embrace and successfully transition to new digital services and processes. This role requires an individual with a strong background in organizational change management and a deep understanding of the HR function.
Responsibilities of HR Digital Change Management Lead
1. Lead the development and execution of a strategic digital change management plan to ensure successful adoption of digital initiatives.
2. Analyze and evaluate the impact of digital transformations on the organization and its employees.
3. Manage and coordinate resources and activities related to digital change management initiatives.
4. Develop and implement communication plans and content to ensure effective internal and external engagement.
5. Provide guidance and expertise to stakeholders and employees on how to leverage digital technology to achieve desired business outcomes.
6. Monitor and evaluate progress of digital change initiatives and provide timely feedback.
7. Develop and deliver training to support digital change initiatives.
8. Collaborate with key stakeholders to evaluate and identify opportunities for further digital transformation.
9. Establish and manage relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure successful execution of digital change initiatives.
10. Monitor and report on digital change initiatives to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
