The Analyst will analyze data and provide meaningful insights, work with stakeholders to ensure accuracy of data and system integrations, develop reports and visualizations to track trends and identify opportunities for improvement, and provide technical support for HR systems. 1. Design and develop systems and databases to manage, store, and analyze HR data.
2. Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR data requirements.
3. Work with stakeholders to identify areas where data-driven insights can inform decisions.
4. Identify trends and patterns in HR data that can inform strategic decisions.
5. Develop and maintain data quality processes and ensure accuracy of data.
6. Monitor and review data to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
7. Develop and maintain data security processes to ensure data is secure and private.
8. Implement data visualization techniques to present data in a clear and concise manner.
9. Research and recommend new technologies and processes to improve data management.
10. Train and mentor other team members in the use of HR data and systems.
