What does a HR Data Analyst do?

The HR Data Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that data is accurately inputted and stored, as well as preparing and presenting reports to management. Responsibilities of HR Data Analyst
1. Design, develop, and maintain databases to store employee data
2. Analyze large datasets from a variety of sources to uncover trends, patterns, and relationships
3. Utilize data mining and predictive analytics to identify trends and opportunities in employee data
4. Create and maintain detailed documentation of data processes and procedures
5. Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards, reports, and visuals
6. Work with HR and other departments to identify data needs and develop processes to acquire, clean, and store data
7. Ensure data accuracy by evaluating, validating, and auditing data sources
8. Monitor performance of data systems and processes to ensure data quality and integrity
9. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure HR data systems are secure and compliant
10. Develop insights and recommendations to inform HR decision-making
