What does a HR Business Partner do?

Responsibilities of HR Business Partner
1. Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to support business objectives.
2. Manage the recruitment process and ensure successful onboarding of new hires.
3. Foster employee relations and establish effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
4. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Develop and administer compensation and benefit plans.
6. Support the design and implementation of employee-development initiatives.
7. Provide guidance on workforce planning and organizational design.
8. Monitor performance management processes and provide feedback and coaching.
9. Analyze employee-related data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful execution of HR initiatives.
