What does a HR Business Intelligence Analyst do?
The HR Business Intelligence Analyst is a key member of the Human Resources Team, responsible for the design, development and maintenance of Human Resources data analytics. This position will work closely with stakeholders and business users to identify and understand data requirements, develop business intelligence solutions and create meaningful insights to support Human Resources strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of data analytics, a passion for problem solving, and exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities of HR Business Intelligence Analyst
1. Develop and implement strategies for collecting, consolidating, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
2. Develop data models and ad-hoc reports to provide timely and actionable insights.
3. Leverage HR systems and other sources to accurately capture and report on key HR metrics.
4. Design and develop dashboards, scorecards, and other visualizations to provide an intuitive view of HR data.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and develop solutions to address business challenges.
6. Utilize appropriate data mining and statistical techniques to analyze and interpret data.
7. Provide training and support to ensure proper usage of reporting and analytics tools.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in HR data analysis.
9. Perform root cause analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and cost efficiency.
10. Monitor and maintain data integrity and accuracy across multiple databases.
