What does a HR Analytics Specialist do?

We are looking for an experienced HR Analytics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to human resources in order to identify trends, develop insights, and make strategic recommendations. The HR Analytics Specialist will work closely with senior management, HR, and other teams to ensure data is collected and analyzed accurately. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience working with HR systems, and excellent communication skills.

1. Develop and implement HR analytics strategies to identify trends and patterns in employee data.

8. Stay up to date on emerging technologies and trends in HR analytics.
9. Leverage HR analytics to identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve performance and increase efficiency.
10. Establish and maintain data quality and security standards.
