What does a HR Analyst do?

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Analyst to join our Human Resources department. The HR Analyst will be responsible for providing analysis and insights to the HR team, including labor market trends, workforce planning and analysis, and performance and productivity metrics. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator and have the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from data. They should also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively. Responsibilities of HR Analyst

1. Analyze current HR processes and develop and implement improved processes, tools, and systems.

2. Create and manage dashboards and reports to track metrics, trends and develop insights.

3. Develop and deliver training programs and materials related to HR analytics.

4. Ensure data accuracy and integrity, and promote data-driven decision-making.

5. Monitor and provide guidance on new HR regulations, policies and procedures.

6. Provide support and advice to HR professionals and management on interpretation of HR data.

7. Monitor and analyze employee engagement, turnover and other HR data.

8. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, correlations and opportunities for improvement.

9. Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.

10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
