What does a Group Learning & Development Specialist do?

The Group Learning & Development Specialist will be responsible for the design and development of training programs and initiatives to improve the skills and performance of our team. This role will involve working closely with the Group Learning & Development Manager to create high-quality training programs and materials, plan and organize training events, and ensure that all learning and development activities are in line with our organizational goals and objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the design and delivery of learning and development initiatives, and a passion for creating innovative and engaging learning experiences.

Responsibilities of Group Learning & Development Specialist

1. Design, develop and deliver learning solutions, programs and initiatives to support organizational objectives.
2. Develop, manage and execute learning strategies, plans and processes.
3. Identify and assess needs and gaps in learning and development initiatives.
4. Monitor, review and evaluate learning and development initiatives to ensure they are achieving desired outcomes.
5. Manage and coordinate learning and development initiatives, resources, and budgets.
6. Develop and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Create and maintain accurate records and documentation related to learning and development initiatives.
8. Provide expert advice and guidance on learning and development strategies and initiatives.
9. Collaborate with HR and other key stakeholders to develop and implement effective learning and development solutions.
10. Monitor and analyze trends in learning and development to ensure best practices are implemented.
