The General Affairs Specialist will report directly to the General Affairs Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities of General Affairs Specialist

• Managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability of necessary items for smooth operations.
• Coordinating and overseeing facility maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure a safe and functional work environment.
• Assisting in the planning and execution of company events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
• Handling travel arrangements and accommodations for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
• Managing company vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking mileage, and ensuring proper documentation.
• Assisting in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing workstations, coordinating IT setup, and providing necessary resources.
• Overseeing the management of company-wide communication channels, such as email distribution lists and internal messaging platforms.
• Coordinating with external vendors and service providers for various office needs, such as cleaning services, catering, and equipment maintenance.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
