Responsibilities of GA Supervisor

• Supervise a team of general affairs staff and ensure their adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the office premises, including managing cleaning and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate and manage office supplies, equipment, and furniture procurement, ensuring availability and functionality.
• Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Monitor and manage office budgets, including tracking expenses, negotiating contracts, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of office-related activities and resolve any operational issues.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services such as security, catering, and transportation.
• Provide training and guidance to general affairs staff, ensuring their professional development and performance improvement.
• Prepare reports and presentations on general affairs activities, including budget analysis, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
