What does a Flight Attendant do?

The Flight Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers on board. They will provide exceptional customer service, assist with emergency procedures, and deliver in-flight services. This position reports to the Head of Cabin Crew Operations.

Responsibilities of Flight Attendant

• Ensure the safety and security of passengers on board the aircraft
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and inspections
• Demonstrate the use of safety equipment and emergency procedures to passengers
• Provide excellent customer service and assist passengers with their needs
• Serve meals, snacks, and beverages to passengers during the flight
• Respond to passenger inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment throughout the flight
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking the aircraft
• Administer first aid and assist passengers during medical emergencies
• Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure a smooth and efficient flight experience
