What does a Finance Supervisor do?
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Supervisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and managing all aspects of the financial operations of the organization. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial policies and procedures, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, managing financial reporting, and managing financial compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities of Finance Supervisor
1. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with established accounting standards and regulations.
2. Supervise and evaluate financial staff in completing their daily tasks.
3. Oversee the preparation of financial statements and analysis of financial data.
4. Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the financial reporting process.
5. Manage the preparation of budgets and forecasting.
6. Monitor cash flow and liquidity.
7. Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
8. Analyze financial data to identify potential areas of improvement.
9. Liaise with external auditors and other finance professionals.
10. Develop and present regular financial reports to upper management.
