What does a F&B Manager do?
The F&B Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations within the company. This includes managing the dining areas, bars, and catering services, as well as ensuring high-quality customer service and profitability. The F&B Manager will report directly to the General Manager of Master.
Responsibilities of F&B Manager
• Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department at Master company.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Manage and train a team of F&B staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Collaborate with the executive chef to create and update menus, ensuring a variety of options and high-quality food offerings.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed, while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
• Conduct regular inspections of the dining areas, kitchen, and service areas to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable pricing and terms.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings, making recommendations for improvements and innovations.
