What does a Demand Planning Officer do?

Responsibilities of Demand Planning Officer
1. Develop and manage the demand planning process, including forecasting and inventory management.
2. Analyse sales trends and develop forecast models to accurately predict customer demand.
3. Analyse current and historic data to identify customer and product trends.
4. Generate accurate forecasts and inventory requirements to ensure sufficient stock levels.
5. Monitor inventory levels and ensure supply chain processes are being followed.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
7. Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with suppliers and customers.
8. Analyse customer data to identify potential opportunities for growth.
9. Monitor and analyse customer feedback to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
10. Develop and implement strategies to improve demand planning processes.
