Responsibilities of Customer Support Agent
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Troubleshoot customer issues, provide solutions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Identify customer needs, provide product information and suggest additional products and services.
4. Maintain customer records, update account information and prepare reports.
5. Monitor customer feedback and provide recommendations for improvement.
6. Provide technical support on customer inquiries, such as installation, troubleshooting, and product compatibility.
7. Resolve customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
8. Track customer interactions and escalate issues as needed.
9. Train and mentor new customer service agents.
10. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
