What does a CRM Business Intelligence Manager do?
We are seeking an experienced and motivated CRM Business Intelligence Manager to join our team. As a key member of our CRM team, you will be responsible for contributing to the success of our CRM initiatives by providing comprehensive analyses and insights on our customer data. In this role, you will support the development of our CRM strategies and processes by leveraging data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that will enable us to drive better customer engagement, conversion, and retention. You will use data to develop innovative strategies and tactics to increase customer loyalty, enhance customer experience, and ultimately drive revenue.
Responsibilities of CRM Business Intelligence Manager
1. Develop and implement organizational strategies for leveraging customer relationship management (CRM) data to improve customer experiences and drive business insights.
2. Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data from multiple sources to develop insights into customer behavior.
3. Design, implement and manage CRM reporting dashboards, analytics and processes to drive further insights and inform strategic decision making.
4. Lead the creation of predictive models to provide insights into customer trends and behaviors.
5. Monitor customer trends and develop strategies to segment customers and target them with relevant marketing campaigns.
6. Manage the development and implementation of customer segmentation strategies.
