Responsibilities of Corporate Talent Acquisition Executive

1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates for open corporate positions.
2. Create recruitment plans for targeted roles and manage the full-cycle recruitment process.
3. Screen resumes, conduct telephone interviews, and review applications to establish short-lists of suitable candidates.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand job requirements and to ensure a smooth selection process.
5. Utilize job boards, social media, and other resources to market open positions and identify potential candidates.
6. Develop job postings and advertisements for open positions.
7. Source and contact potential candidates to assess their suitability for positions.
8. Negotiate job offers and coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
9. Monitor the performance of recruitment activities and adjust strategies as needed.
10. Maintain recruitment records and produce weekly and monthly reports.
