What does a Compensation Benefit Specialist do?
The Compensation Benefit Specialist at Master will be responsible for administering and managing the company's compensation and benefit programs. This position will report to the Human Resources Manager and will be responsible for ensuring that all compensation and benefit programs are compliant with applicable laws and regulations. The Compensation Benefit Specialist will also be responsible for developing and implementing new compensation and benefit programs.
Responsibilities of Compensation Benefit Specialist
1. Develop and administer compensation and benefit plans, policies, and procedures.
2. Analyze salary data and job descriptions to determine appropriate salary levels for different positions.
3. Develop and conduct employee training sessions on compensation and benefit plans.
4. Prepare reports and presentations related to compensation and benefits.
5. Manage employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
6. Research and stay up to date on compensation and benefits trends, laws, and regulations.
7. Track compensation and benefit data and maintain accurate records.
8. Answer questions and provide advice to employees regarding compensation and benefits.
9. Collaborate with department heads and managers to design and implement incentive programs.
10. Evaluate and recommend new compensation and benefit plans to meet organizational goals.
