Responsibilities of Chief Marketing & Communications Officer
1. Establish marketing goals and objectives in line with overall business strategy
2. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications plan
3. Oversee the creation of marketing materials and campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity
4. Monitor and analyze marketing and communications performance metrics
5. Design and manage digital and traditional media campaigns to increase brand awareness
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with media and industry influencers
7. Manage the implementation of public relations activities, including press releases, media relations, and events
8. Develop and manage relationships with external partners, including advertising agencies, printers, and photographers
9. Monitor and analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
10. Create and manage the budget for marketing and communications activities
