The Chief Human Resources Officer is a key member of our executive team, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive human resources strategy to support our organization's mission and objectives. This position will provide overall leadership to our HR team and will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and direction on all HR activities, including talent management, organizational effectiveness, training and development, employee engagement, and compliance with state and federal labor laws. Responsibilities of Chief Human Resources Officer
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive human resources strategy and organizational structure that supports the overall mission, vision and values of the organization.
2. Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, and interviewing.
3. Develop, implement and monitor human resources policies, procedures and programs that comply with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Collaborate with department heads to ensure proper implementation of human resources policies and procedures.
5. Monitor and measure employee performance and engagement.
6. Develop and administer effective compensation and benefit plans.
7. Manage employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
8. Develop and implement training and development programs that ensure employees are prepared to meet organizational needs.
9. Support and foster a positive organizational culture.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
