Responsibilities of Business Intelligence Manager

• Develop and implement the overall business intelligence strategy for the company.
• Lead a team of analysts and data scientists to gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key business questions and data needs.
• Design and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by implementing and monitoring data governance policies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance data collection and analysis.
• Train and mentor team members on data analysis techniques and tools.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the availability and accessibility of data for business intelligence purposes.
