This position reports directly to the Chief Administrative Officer and assists in managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies and equipment. Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant

• Provide administrative support to executives and other team members.
• Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
• Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events.
• Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant parties.
• Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls.
• Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals.
